Frequently Asked Questions

  • You choose which subscription level and lash glue you want based on your needs. You pay a one-time subscription fee of 10 Euros to set up your monthly subscription, plus the monthly subscription price.

    After that, in around a week, you’ll receive your order!

    You’ll be charged every month on the same day until you cancel your subscription, which you can do anytime from your profile settings or by contacting us.

    Every month, you’ll receive your favorite lash adhesive at your doorstep!

  • OF COURSE!

    Simply contact us via e-mail, direct message, text, or phone, and we’ll be happy to change the adhesive in future orders.

    NOTE: If the order for that month has already been shipped, we cannot change it until next month unless you send the unopened lash glue back to us at your charge.

  • You can go to your order confirmation e-mail and click on the “CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION” link or go to your profile on our website.

    You can also contact us directly to cancel your subscription, though it may take several hours to take effect.

  • Yes! Contact us and let us know, and we’ll be happy to change it for you!

  • Yes! Send us a message two days or more before your charge date and we’ll be happy to pause it for you for a month or pause it on your profile!

    If you would like to pause it for more than one month, you would need to send us a reminder two days before so we can do it from our end.
